Do you want to go to Dubai?

For may Kababayan (pinoys) who want to visit or work here in Dubai.


Here's the glimpse/guide for you.


Visa: 
 Visit Visa (you should at least one relatives, friends, or special someone who is working for your sponsorship), Prepare at least AED 3200 (38,000 in Php) (Conversion = 12 pesos) for the 2 months visa.


Rental:
Now rentals are really going down coz of the never ending constructions...from AED 400 minimum up to AED 600 (4800-7200 in Php) (Conversion=12) for bedspace...If youre lucky enough and like to search more you can find cheaper one...but as the saying goes prices names the place....he he he...

Rental Tips:  Find ones that DEWA ( water and electric) TFC and INTERNET is inclusive in your rental in this way to can save some cash that you will need for other expenses.


Work:
You can easily find work here in dubai because pinoy are known to be good employee, but the catch is you have to beat other pinoys also trying to land the job you want.  Tips:  be good in english, dont be mahiyain, experience really count here.  Employer tends to hire employee that are well experience.  Palakasan system are in here...he he he...sales related work are rampant since Dubai is also known as one of the Shopping Center in the world.  You can just apply online like dubizzle, nadia, bayt, monstergulf, gulfnews and presto interview comes next, but beware of companies trying to use your visa...be careful...remember acquire lots of ideas before embarking...

Transportation:
transport in Dubai is cheap specially if you will be riding the Bus and Metro to bring you to the places you want...Just once card swipe away...he he he...taxis are available but it will cost you bucks as the say...walking is advisable but only when their climate is cold...he he he...

Dubai Ways/Norms:
Its an open city so you can do what you want just follow their laws/rules.  Some as our country Philippines...No worries since many pinoy are here working...You can easily adopt to ways of living and not so much adjustment is needed...
